Emergency First Responder

Emergency First Responder (EFR) is a first aid and CPR course taught in an easy to understand, low stress environment. You learn the basic techniques required to assess a situation, form a plan of action, and then render assistance to someone injured or ill. EFR satisfies the CPR/First Aid requirement for the Rescue Diver certification. The class is not specifically a dive class and is open to both non-divers and divers alike.
