Gilboa Quarry is a flooded stone quarry that has been set up as one of the Midwest's premier scuba and scuba training sites.  Located about a 2 1/2 hour drive north of Cincinnati, Gilboa offers something for divers of all levels.

Underwater World makes frequent Open Water Diver Certification trips to Gilboa from late spring through the summer months.  As well, Advanced, Rescue, Enriched Air (Nitrox), and other Specialty Certifications are available on our Gilboa trips!

Divers appreciate the easy access, in and out of the water at Gilboa.  There are a variety of things to explore below the surface at Gilboa, including a twin-engine airplane, a school bus, several boats (including an airboat), and assorted cars and trucks!  Gilboa offers a number of fine platforms where instructors and students can work through their required certification exercises!  Enriched Air (Nitrox) fills are also available at Gilboa Quarry.
